Time in Status board

Comparing the Time in Status of multiple items on a board can be beneficial to identify patterns, optimize processes, and ensure consistent task progression across time.

The duration values for the time in status of all items on your board will be displayed. Just like with any other board view, you can search or filter.

Track using our Templates

Record the time an item was in a status for later analysis:

  • The "When status changes track time in status" template uses a 24/7 calendar to calculate the time an item stays in a status
  • The "When status changes track time in status with Calendar" template uses the calendar you set, including weekends and working hours
